What it means

Compressor high current at minimum frequency

Block 03. The compressor is still drawing high current even though the operating Hz has been reduced to its minimum limit — installation problem, refrigeration-cycle problem, or a failing compressor.

Safety: Safe isolation before disconnecting the compressor or testing the inverter board — capacitors hold charge.
