Business is £29.99 a month for the owner and 2 engineers, then £9 a month for each engineer after that. New accounts get the first month free, with no card needed.
Engineers on a Business firm sign in with the login their firm gives them.
Questions
Does the engineer get a notification?
The change shows in their app: within a minute while it's open, or as soon as they bring it back up, and their job list reloads. It isn't a push notification.
How is the travel time worked out?
Roughly: the straight-line distance between postcode areas, allowing for roads, at an average speed. It always says approx. It isn't live traffic or anyone's live position.
Can someone else do the planning?
Yes. Give them a planner login. They plan the board without an engineer seat, and they don't see your prices.
Can I mark an engineer off sick or on holiday?
Yes. Mark the days off on the board. They're never offered as free, and planning a job onto one warns you.
Can a job run over more than one day, or need two engineers?
Yes. Drag the end of a job to stretch it across the days. A crew job has a lead and helpers, and shows in each person's row.
