What it does
- Quote air con jobs on site, off your own price book. Heat pump jobs are priced from your own lines after the heat loss.
- The customer opens the quote on their phone: your name and logo, no sign-in, one Accept button.
- Ask for a deposit. Once they accept, they can pay anything from the deposit up to the full amount, and the day they pick is held until the deposit arrives.
- Accepting starts the install job, with the quote's lines, any money off and the deposit already on it.

Which plan
ProPro.
On a Business firm, quotes and the price book are for the owner only. Engineers don't see prices.
Your customer needs no account to open and accept a quote.
Pro is £9.99 a month, or £99 a year, on the launch rate. New accounts get the first month free, with no card needed.
Pro is bought in the app. The App Store shows the price before you confirm.
Questions
Does my customer need an account or an app?
No. They get a link, it opens on their phone, and they tap Accept. It carries your name and logo, not ours.
Does it quote heat pumps?
The guided quote covers air con installs. For a heat pump, work out the heat loss first, then price the job with your own lines. You can still add lines from your price book on the job sheet.
Can I ask for a deposit?
Yes. The customer sees the deposit on the quote before they accept. After they accept, they can pay anything from the deposit up to the full amount, by your bank details or your own pay link, set in Company settings. If you've set neither, it tells them you'll send how to pay. The day they pick is held in your diary until the deposit arrives. The money goes straight to you.
What happens when they accept?
The install job is made from the quote, with the same lines, any money off and the deposit. Nothing to type in twice.
Can my engineers see the prices?
Not on a Business firm. Quotes and the price book are for the owner only; engineers see their own jobs.
