What it does

  • Your customers ask for a visit from your booking page: they pick a free slot and send a request.
  • You confirm or decline it in the app, and they're emailed either way.
  • Each customer gets an account with your name and logo: their units, visits, the documents you've sent, open quotes, invoices to pay and their service plan.
  • No sign-in for the customer. A link is all they need.

Which plan

Business

Business. The customer's account, your booking page and the plan sign-up only work while your firm's Business plan is on.

On Pro, your customers still get their quote page, their document pack and the install-date reply.

Business is £29.99 a month for the owner and 2 engineers, then £9 a month for each engineer after that. New accounts get the first month free, with no card needed.

Engineers on a Business firm sign in with the login their firm gives them.

Questions

Does the customer need a password?

No. Their account is a private link. No sign-in and no app.

Can customers book straight into my diary?

They send a request for a free slot, and they only ever see free or busy. You confirm or decline it in the app, and they're emailed either way.

Whose name is on it?

Yours: your firm's name and logo, never LatterHQ.

What can they see?

Their units, their visits, the documents you've already sent them, any open quotes, invoices still to pay (with a Pay now button if you've set a pay link), their service plan and your booking page.

Is it in Pro?

The account and the booking page are Business. On Pro your customers still get their quote page, their document pack and the install-date reply.
